Testimonials
What our
clients say
Before BTOBExchange, I was paying three intermediaries to access the same factories. Since forming my company in China, I deal directly with manufacturers. The margin difference was immediate.
What convinced me was not just company formation. BTOBExchange is connected to sourcing, inspection, and logistics. It is an operational ecosystem, not just an administrative firm.
I had been importing for four years without really controlling anything. Setting up the structure in China gave me real leverage with suppliers. I negotiate differently now.

FAQ
What you should know before starting
If your question is not listed here, a BTOBExchange advisor can answer it directly during a free consultation.
Can I import without forming a company in China?
Yes. But if you want to structure your activity, negotiate better, strengthen your credibility with factories, and grow your volume, a China presence becomes strategic from a certain stage.
Do I need to travel to China to form my company?
Not necessarily. Remote formation takes around 20 days. On site, the process is around 3 days. We guide you based on your profile.
Which documents are needed to start?
The basics are a passport copy, email, phone number, desired company name, activity, and planned capital. Some files may require a certified diploma or a non-criminal record certificate.
What is the difference between a WFOE, a JV, and a representative office?
A WFOE is a 100% foreign-owned entity, recommended for commercial operations. A JV involves a Chinese partner. A representative office cannot conduct direct commercial activity, but can be useful for representation and sourcing.
What is the difference between a company in China and a company in Hong Kong?
China is operational: on-the-ground presence, suppliers, production, and control at the source. Hong Kong is more of a commercial and financial hub for international trading. The two can be complementary.
Does BTOBExchange also handle sourcing after formation?
Yes. After your company is formed, we can support supplier sourcing, factory inspection, production management, international logistics, and business development through the BTOB ecosystem.
Is this solution suitable for small importers?
Yes, if you have a growth vision. The key is not only your current volume, but your ability to structure and scale. We qualify every project individually.
Does BTOBExchange provide legal or tax advice?
BTOBExchange provides business orientation, project coordination, and operational support. For legal, tax, or regulatory decisions, we work with qualified local professionals.
